Maria Fernanda is the HR Business Partner Director at AMPLO Impact Investing, managing organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, among other talent processes to impact our culture and people engagement.

With over 9 years of experience leading HR processes and contributing to organizational development projects, Maria aims to enhance business sustainability.

Before joining Amplo, she served as the Human Resources Manager at C&C, where she restructured the entire HR strategy by developing new policies and processes for each area within Human Resources. She also worked as an HR Business Partner at Avianca Holdings, where she developed a cultural transformation plan to enhance employee engagement and contribution.

Maria Fernanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a postgraduate degree in Human Development Management for Organizations from Universidad de la Sabana.
