Catalina is an Associate at Amplo Kaya where she has developed impact strategies with a social and environmental context analysis.
Catalina has +5 years of experience in project management with communities in vulnerable situations, protection of human rights, citizen dialogue and cultural management.
Before Amplo Kaya, she was a social management consultant at the Secretary of Culture, Recreation and Sports where she developed and executed cultural projects hand in hand with the communities to disseminate art, culture and local heritage of the territories. She has also worked on community intervention projects with UNDP and War Child.
She holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Psychology and a master’s degree in Peace Building and Conflict Resolution from Andes University.
