Maria Camila is Senior Associate at AMPLO Impact Investing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes, Colombia, where she combines academic brilliance with an insatiable hunger for success.

She has +7 years of experience in private equity funds and entrepreneurship. Before joining Amplo, she worked for over 5 years at Patria Investments, where she structured investment theses in the health and food & beverage sectors, facilitated the acquisition of 5 companies (totaling USD$350M), and contributed to the fundraising of Fund VII in Brazil and Colombia. Prior to that, she served as an operating partner at The Garden Box, a start-up focused on healthy vending machines.
