Paula is an Analyst at AMPLO Impact Investing, advising on business models and strategies to drive inclusive and sustainable development.

Paula has +3 year of experience working in applied and academic research on climate risks and organizational learning.

Before AMPLO, Paula was project manager at the Centre for Sustainable Finances at Los Andes University. She supported research on climate transition risks in various economic sectors in Colombia, including fossil fuels, power generation, cement- and steel production.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with minors in Business Law and International Studies from Universidad de Los Andes,
Colombia.
