Natalia is the people director at AMPLO Impact Investing, promoting the execution of the talent processes and implementing professional growth and staff retention initiatives.

Before Amplo, Natalia worked as Project Management Specialist at Consejería Presidencial and was a Human Resource Specialist Banco Itaú.

She’s currently a Master’s student in psychology at Los Andes University with specializations in Organizations, Development and Corporate Social Responsibility and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia.
