Laura is an Associate at AMPLO Impact Investing, where she has accompanied the business model of SMEs with social, environmental and economic impact.

Laura has +8  years of experience in the Venture Capital and Private Equity industries accompanying the business strategy of companies, raising capital and analyzing investment opportunities. Laura also has entrepreneurial experience.

Before AMPLO, Laura founded VAV Capital where she worked with investment funds such as Visum Capital doing the ESG strategy to support fundraising activities and measure impact in the long term. She also worked at Ventures accelerator accompanying triple impact companies with their financial models and at the fund of funds Pantheon Ventures analyzing investment opportunities and raising capital in Latin America.

She holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Design from Andes University and additional studies in Investment Management at CESA, Corporate Financie at Andes University and Sustainable Finance at Rotterdam University..
