Esteban is Senior Analyst at AMPLO Impact Investing, analyzing the environmental context of the projects and advising on impact strategy to help organizations make the best contribution to sustainable development and protection of the environment.

Esteban has +6 years of experience in formulating sustainable business models that face climate change and support the environmental, social, and economic development of communities.

Before AMPLO, Esteban worked in companies from different sectors highlighting his work on calculation of corporate carbon footprint for manufacturing industries in the savannah of Bogotá, in the identification of flows of goods and ecosystem services of the Ciénaga La Zapatosa and the preparation of strategic plans for the management of macro basins in Colombia.

He holds a double bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Civil Engineering from Universidad de los Andes, and a M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Infrastructure from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden.
